I don’t remember exactly who gave me my first camera. I just remind that I carried always in my backpack and took pictures of my friends skating, playing music and in the outdoors with my Scouts Group. I remember as well that having a camera with me gave me an identity and lots of excuses to exploring places and meeting new people.

I can say that the curiosity of the encounter with the others and the willingness of living new experiences to document them in a real, honest and authentic way, is still my main reason of taking pictures and embark in personal or commercial projects.

I really love taking pictures of all around sports and outdoor lifestyle, and to be around creators such as musicians, actors etc.. I really love creating my own fanzines, mixing up pictures of celebrities with trail running images, just to create a fil rouge that connects worlds seemingly so apart under the same vision.

I really love to put together a music playlist before a studio session, because I believe in the power of music to build an atmosphere and an energy which is already half of the job. It’s my duty then to capture that spirit in the pictures.
When I am not on set, I like to spend time with my wife and daughters, riding the bike in the mountains, running and drink a good cup of coffee.
